ROCA is working to create platforms through which young people will be meaningfully engaged and empowered to participate actively and advocate for ASRHR to address challenges such as in GBV, underage and forced marriage and other socio-cultural SRHR challenges. Through this initiative ROCA aims to address critical bottlenecks which impede access to quality Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights information and services for young people.

There is a growing realization that there are information gaps which when coupled with other contribute to vulnerability concerns among young people, such as sexual and gender based violence (see this article on SRGBV ). The program is supported by AFSA under SRAN, Section27 and Treatment Action Campaign (TAC)
